Tool Making and Metal Machining

Thanks to the wide range of machinery and equipment in our Tool Making and Metal Machining division, we are able to undertake the supply of a complete range of engineering products from the solution design through development, drawing up technical documentation and programmes to the production, testing and issuing measurement protocols and documentation according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 and IATF 16949 standards. When making injection mould dies, we test the tool and optimise it on our own injection moulding machines.

Products are developed and made for automotive industry, machine building, electrical engineering, food and other industries.

outsourcing of technologically demanding operations, TIG and MIG welding, anticorrosion surface treatment, cutting with laser, water beam or plasma, sandblasting and texturing of surfaces
